At Shambala Bakery your whole family can enjoy delicious options! Our expansive, allergen-smart bakery menu is dedicated to accommodating folks with a huge variety of scrumptious GF and Vegan breads, sourdoughs, pies, cakes and pastry recipes both savory and sweet. They are made with our own signature Ancient Grain Blends including millet, sorghum, teff, amaranth, quinoa and/or flax. They are nutritious and loaded with protein and fiber, yet comprise a moist, soft & stretchy crumb and crispy crust that surprises and delights. 

We are OPEN at 311 Pine St, MVernon M/Tu/W/Fri/Sa 10-5 and Th 3-7 (closed Su, note restaurant table service closed in Nov 2024), and daily offerings at Snow Goose Farm Stand MVernon through Oct.  We can provide curbside pickups for advance orders at 711 N. 35th St. Freemont Seattle M-Fri 8A-3P.  Our partnership with Box of Good will deliver our products regionally to your door, and we have Shipping orders available Nationally, and local online orders can be requested from our Contact page. 

We have year round product at Ballard Farmers Market every Sunday, and Edmonds Farmers Market Saturdays May-Oct.  Locations page will show more details for all these regional outlets, plus a listing of restaurant and delivery options close to you.
