At Shambala Bakery your whole family can enjoy delicious options! Our expansive, allergen-smart bakery menu, is dedicated to accommodating folks with a huge variety of scrumptious GF and Vegan breads, sourdoughs and pastry recipes that include our own signature Ancient Grain Blends including millet, sorghum, teff, amaranth, quinoa and/or flax. They are nutritious and loaded with protein and fiber, yet comprise a moist, soft & stretchy crumb and crispy crust that surprises and delights.
We have year round product at Ballard Farmers Market and additional weekly market locations in the Summer. Please see our Locations page for regional outlets, restaurant and delivery partnerships close to you. We are newly based out of our production bakery in Fremont Seattle and can provide curbside pickups at 711 N. 35th St. M-Fri 8A-3P. Our previous location 614 S. 1st St Mount Vernon re-opens on Dec 12 as UnionBlockDiner.com and will continue to sell our products and menu items in close partnership, to include special pre-order pickups! Ballard FARMERS MARKET LOCATIONS OPEN year round, we are there weekly 9-2.
